The Secrets To Living With More Energy…Hidden In Plain Sight
By: Kevin Schmidt on August 21, 2015
Everyone wants extra energy for work, hobbies, exercise, house chores, special moments, etc. Everything requires our energy but we can gain more of it.
Here’s the big question - How do you get higher levels of energy and maintain it? This question is what we will explore today and much deeper in the weeks to come.
Some of us turn to an energy drink packed with caffeine and sugar that lifts the energy level…temporarily. Then the crash comes and makes us feel even worse than before.
There are some really healthy energy drinks (that also taste good) full of B vitamins and other essentials that naturally boost our energy – and make us feel more positive about life in general.
I’m compiling a list of energy drinks that have worked great for me to put in next week's blog. Please try a few and let us know if you like them.
Now, don’t laugh at the simplicity of obtaining higher energy levels just because it’s really simple: eat and drink everything in moderation, remove the toxic chemicals from your body, and try some exercises such as walking with a friend or loved one.
Practicing being positive really helps, too. It takes some getting used to if you're not naturally optimistic. Although, it’s hard to be positive if your body is being negative.
Having good positive energy comes mainly from attitude… if you’re not glowing from radiated chemicals that prevent it. Most of our bodies are screaming with negativity that stifles our positive outflow.
To erase the negatives away, at least within our bodies, try removing all toxins.
There are many ways to do this. In the next several blogs, I’m going to give you what specifically has worked for me, and others I trust.
We have experimented with a wide variety of detox systems and vitamins for energy - some good, some not so good. Our blog for next week will include a list of ways to flush the nasty stuff out of you and make you feel great.
Also, in the upcoming weeks, I will blog about other methods that have worked well for us to feel healthy and full of energy.
Please share our blogs with people you care about. Plus, visit our online store full of informative documentaries for the family to share.
As always we share our knowledge with you, please share yours with us.
Here’s to good eat’n.
