Cabbage - Michihili

Cylindrical-shaped Chinese cabbage…delicate, crisp, refreshing, lightly sweet and less fibrous. With clusters of 8-12” wide, white celery-like stalks.

A multi-purpose variety used raw as a romaine lettuce would be, in salads or in coleslaw. It can be steamed whole, finely cut into slices for a salad, or cut coarsely for a stir-fry. Cooked leaves and stalks also add flavor to soups, stews and pasta dishes. Excellent for pickling.
