Cauliflower - Purple of Sicily

Nutrients are similar to those in common white cauliflower other than the addition of a flavonoid called anthocyanin, which accounts for the purple color. It may help to regulate blood lipid and sugar levels, helping with weight control while potentially lowering cancer risk.

Contains important minerals including manganese and potassium, as well as vitamins C, K and B6. Chucked full of fiber for digestive health.

Eaten raw, or roasted and paired with additional flavors such as garlic and balsamic vinegar.
