Traditionally grows in New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, Japan and Chile. A flavor similar to lettuce. Low in calories and fat…high in fiber and nutrients…ideal to bulk up your meals.

As with all members of the spinach family, it’s high in vitamins A and C.
